Front Line is designed to help Veterans build practical skills that support resilience both during and beyond the program. Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and evidence-informed resilience practices, participants learn simple techniques that can be integrated into everyday life.
Every session is delivered in a trauma-informed environment that emphasizes safety, respect, and personal choice. Whether managing daily stress, navigating life transitions, or strengthening long-term wellbeing, participants leave with tools they can continue using independently.
Front Line is built around five pillars: Breath, Movement, Meditation, Integration, and Community. Together, these trauma-informed practices help Veterans develop practical skills that support emotional well-being and can be integrated into everyday life long after the program ends.
Evidence-informed breathing techniques that support nervous system regulation and stress recovery
Gentle, intentional movement that improves body awareness, mobility, balance, and nervous system regulation
Guided meditation practices that strengthen attention, emotional regulation, and present-moment awareness
Practical strategies that help participants apply the skills learned throughout the program to everyday life
Connect with others in a respectful, trauma-informed environment that encourages shared experience, accountability, and mutual support.
