President/CEO
Rinell Ponceleon is the founder and President/CEO of Healing Wings For Warriors. A fashion designer by profession and certified yoga instructor, she established the organization to expand access to trauma-informed wellness programs for veterans, first responders, and their families.
Since 2022, Rinell has taught trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and nervous system regulation in clinical, nonprofit, and private settings. She teaches at Promises Brazos Valley, supports veterans through Operation Red Wing Foundation, and provides private instruction, helping individuals develop practical tools for resilience, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
Drawing on both professional experience and years of dedicated practice, Rinell leads Healing Wings For Warriors with a commitment to delivering accessible, evidence-informed programs that foster connection, recovery, and long-term wellness.

Vice-President
David Kuehn is a Gulf War veteran who served in the United States Navy during Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. Following his military service, he built a 30-year career in distribution, product management, and procurement, leading operations across the oil, gas, and industrial sectors.
As Vice President of Healing Wings For Warriors, David provides strategic leadership and operational guidance, helping strengthen the organization's programs, partnerships, and long-term growth. His military experience, business leadership, and commitment to service support the organization's mission of improving the well-being of veterans, first responders, and their families.
A Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and a 3rd Degree Black Belt Krav Maga instructor, David is passionate about building meaningful connections within the veteran community and helping veterans access resources that foster resilience, purpose, and lasting support.

Veteran Liaison
Amy Harper is a United States Army veteran and Family Nurse Practitioner with a Post Master's Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health. She is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and is a certified hypnotherapist, bringing a unique combination of military experience, clinical expertise, and trauma-informed care to Healing Wings For Warriors.
As Veteran Liaison, Amy helps strengthen relationships within the veteran community while connecting veterans and first responders with supportive resources and services. Through her volunteer work with Operation Red Wing Foundation, where she provides Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), she is dedicated to expanding access to compassionate, evidence-informed care that promotes healing and long-term well-being.
Drawing on her experience in healthcare and behavioral health, Amy supports Healing Wings For Warriors' mission by helping bridge clinical resources with community-based wellness programs, ensuring veterans and first responders receive meaningful support throughout their healing journey.
