I started practising yoga daily in 2014, I was self-taught and I practised as a way to cope with the traumatic circumstances I was living in. The practice kept me alive during those difficult times.
After a year of my yoga movement practice, I started studying the real teachings, the spiritual Path. The first book I read was the Tao Te Ching which led me to join the spiritual teachings of my Master, and bit by bit my old self started to dissolve. These teachings gave me the tools of self-liberation, it was not an easy Path to walk, however, its simplicity was somehow liberating, one breath at a time, one posture at a time, one meditation at a time.
This is the part of me I bring to the studio, the part of me that knows the certainty that no matter the trauma, or the pain there is healing available to all willing to take the first step.
My daily yoga practice, discipline, tenacity and passion are the driving force in my teaching. Today I can proudly say that I walk and live the quote.

200 Hours Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

I started practicing yoga in 1999 to recover from a running injury, and fell in love with it. Twenty three years later, yoga and meditation are still very much a part of my day to day. As a semi professional dancer, yoga has become a core part of my dance training to maintain flexibility, body control and functionality through movement.

In December 2019, I received my 200 hour certification with Vijay Amarsen at the Universal Yoga Center in India. This 6 week intensive course was amazing, immersing myself into deep focus and structured training in asana, teaching methods, anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy, pranayama and meditation. In my classroom, I focus on teaching mind body connection, breathing techniques for improved movement, proper body alignment and awareness.

I currently teach at FIT Athletic Club in River Oaks, Houston TX.

I’m a five-year USAF veteran now planting roots in my home state of Texas. I've been teaching yoga since the spring of 2022, and am now teaching at a CrossFit gym in Friendswood, TX, as well as the Pearland Recreation Center.

I received my 200hr teaching certification from The Yoga Institute in Houston, TX led by Lex Gillan. My love for yoga developed in March of 2019 as it helped me through some big transitions going on in my life at the time. Yoga has provided lifelong tools including practices like breath work, meditation, and mindful movement to help ease my life into balance whenever I feel I need to recenter. After witnessing the changes yoga made to my mind, body, and soul, I knew I had to become an educator so I could spread the word about how life-changing this art can be. I'm always open to new opportunities to teach as I have found the more I teach, the more I learn! A forever student at heart.

Bobby Levi
Yoga Music Artist

His devotional path began in the wings of music, in 2000, when he co-created the band Enloom with his close friend Mason. During a decade with Enloom, he developed deep listening and multi-instrumentalist skills, studied many spiritual disciplines, and delved deeper into his own internal process of devotion & discovery.
In 2010, Bobby had the opportunity to perform for a yoga class at a group campout, which propelled him into an in depth exploring of his relationship with this new avenue of sharing music in a therapeutic setting, unaware of the extensive history of the practice of Nada Yoga by musicians and ascetics in an ancient eastern culture.
Ever since, he has supported hundreds of Yoga and meditation classes with music, over time refining a novel yet nuanced creative approach utilizing combinations of voice, guitar, flute, drums, and electronic instruments, and most importantly remaining deeply rooted in his personal daily praxis of yoga, meditation, music and dance.
